National 504 Loan Volume is Up Nearly 7.5%

Nationally, the dollar volume of SBA 504 loans is up 7.5% and Growth Corp is on pace to surpass its 2015 volume as well. Essentially, small businesses are finding expansion a more viable option with the 504. So far this year, through a partnership with our 504 Loan Program, 155 projects have received financing with total project costs of approximately $275 million.
